Online registration for the 7th European Rett Syndrome Conference is now closed.
All registrations must be made on site.

CONGRESS ATTENDANCE

Registration is compulsory.

  • Congress registration fees include: access to conferences and trade show, breaks and lunches on Saturday and Sunday.
  • You can also register for the congress dinner on Saturday evening.
  • AFSR has booked accommodation in the Mercure Centre Vieux-Port hotel, adjacent to the World Trade Center. You can therefore book your accommodation on site for Saturday evening. Breakfast is included in accommodation. If you register alone, we will reserve a single room for you. If you register two persons, you can choose a double or twin bedroom.

AFSR MEMBERS: rates reserved for members* who are up to date with their membership fees for the year 2023

(*Parent or guardian of a person with Rett syndrome – or non-parent of a person with Rett syndrome living in France and not attending the congress in a professional capacity)

As part of its mission to support families and provide information, the French Rett Syndrome Association is offering attractive registration rates for its congress. Indeed, the actual price of the dinner is €58.90 and the overnight stay is €145 for a single room and €160 for a double room.

The cost of organising the congress is also borne by the AFSR.

Cancellation policy 
  • More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
  • Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
  • Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
